What to Expect
11:30 AM: Arrival and Stadium Entry
- Enter Fenway Park using the E-ticket sent from Map My Customers, which includes detailed directions for ease of access to the luxury box.

11:30-12:15 – Networking and buffet lunch
- This is a perfect time to start forming valuable connections with fellow sales leaders. Mix and mingle with the group and enjoy a wide variety of lunch options.
12:15-1:00: Welcome, Presentation & Strategy Discussion
- Ben Hartmere, CEO of Map My Customers, will kick us off with a brief welcome address

- A Q&A and strategy discussion will immediately follow to take a deeper dive

Can I park at Fenway?
Sorta…We highly recommend using public transportation or a ride share service. As America’s oldest Major League ballpark, there is extremely limited parking available at and around the ballpark.

Is there a dress code?
We recommend business casual with comfortable shoes.
Where can I stay?
Planning to stay overnight? We recommend booking at the Hyatt Regency Cambridge for its convenience and comfort. It’s quite close to the ballpark and will make your experience hassle-free.
