You can prevent cookies by adjusting browser settings, but be aware that disabling cookies will affect functionality of this and many other websites. We recommend not disabling cookies.
Types of Cookies We Use
Login Related Cookies: These remember login status to prevent re-entering credentials on every page visit. They are typically removed when you log out.

We automatically record certain information using various technologies, including "clear gifs" or "web beacons." This may include:
- IP address or other device address/ID
- Web browser and/or device type
- Pages visited before/after using the Site
- Content viewed or interacted with
- Dates and times of visits/access/use
We may use these technologies to collect information about email interactions (whether opened, clicked, or forwarded), to the extent permitted by law.
Google User Data
If you provide access to Google data, our use is subject to these restrictions:
- We only use access to read, write, modify or control Gmail message bodies (including attachments), metadata, headers, and settings to provide an email client for composing, sending, reading, and processing emails. Data is not transferred unless necessary to provide/improve features, comply with law, or as part of a merger/acquisition/asset sale.
- Gmail data is not used for serving advertisements.
- Humans will not read this data except with your affirmative agreement for specific messages, for security/abuse investigation, to comply with law, or for internal operations. Even then, data must be aggregated and anonymized.

Map My Customers does not process or respond to web browsers' "do not track" signals or similar transmissions requesting to disable online tracking.
Third Party Web Beacons and Buttons
The Site may display third-party content, including advertising. Third parties may use cookies, web beacons, or other mechanisms to collect data when you view their content. Information is collected directly by third parties, not Map My Customers. Consult the third party's privacy policies for information about their data practices.
Links to Other Websites
The Site contains links to other websites. Linking to a website does not constitute endorsement, authorization, or affiliation representation. We do not control third-party websites. These sites may place cookies, collect data, or solicit Personal Information with different privacy practices.
We are not responsible for the content, privacy, security practices, or policies of third-party sites or services. We encourage reading the privacy policies of other visited websites.
How We Use the Information We Collect
Map My Customers is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not give, rent, lend, or sell your individual information unless you ask or authorize us to do so. We also will not disclose personally identifiable information about users except as described in this Policy.
General Uses
Information you submit is used to:
- Provide you and other users with services
- Respond to your requests
- Improve our services
- Better tailor features and support
Collecting and using information as described is essential and largely necessary for fulfilling our relationship with you.
Research and Analysis
We may conduct research on user demographics and behavior based on submitted information. This is typically conducted on an aggregate basis but may be combined with Personal Information to improve services.
Additional Uses
We may use collected information to:
- Customize and improve features, performance, and support
- Analyze and improve the Site
- Create aggregate and statistical data that does not identify you individually and that we can commercialize
- Fulfill other purposes you separately authorize during Site interaction
Use of Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Models (LLMs)
We offer optional features utilizing artificial intelligence and large language model technologies for tasks such as summarization, content generation, and automated insights. These features are strictly opt-in. AI-enabled functionality processing Customer Data will not activate unless the Customer expressly enables it within account settings.
When AI features are enabled, all Customer Data used is processed exclusively by offline, self-hosted LLM systems within Map My Customers' controlled infrastructure. We do not transmit sensitive or identifying Customer Data to external, online, or third-party LLM providers.
Prior to LLM processing, data is minimized, de-identified, and stripped of customer identifiers and other sensitive information, handled according to our data-security practices.
Any third-party service providers supporting AI functionality act solely as processors on our behalf and are contractually restricted from retaining, storing, or using data for model training or their own purposes. Sensitive Customer Data (including contact information, account records, sales activity, notes, and proprietary information) remains stored exclusively within Map My Customers' secure systems and is never shared with external LLM services.
Customers may disable AI features at any time, which immediately prevents further Customer Data processing through LLM systems and does not affect standard, non-AI product feature access.
Disclosure of Personal Information
Except as stated in this Policy, we do not disclose or share Personal Information with third parties unless you ask or authorize us to do so.
Third Party Service Providers
We may provide Personal Information to third-party service providers and suppliers who work on our behalf to provide services and features and help us communicate with users. These providers do not have independent rights to use this information except to help provide our services.
Business Transitions
In the event Map My Customers undergoes a business transition (merger, acquisition by another company, or sale of all or portion of assets), Personal Information will likely be transferred. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur and any acquirer may continue using your Personal Information according to this Privacy Policy.
Required Disclosures

- Comply with relevant laws or respond to subpoenas or warrants served on us
- Enforce our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
- Protect and defend the rights or property of us, Site users, or third parties
