Can I switch plans later?
Plans are based on a 12-month commitment and can be upgraded anytime during the term of the agreement. When you upgrade, you will get immediate access to the new features. Downgrades will take effect at your annual renewal cycle.
Is there a minimum number of users?
The minimum is 3 users for the Industry Leader plan and 10 users for Enterprise and 35 users for Exec HQ plans. All plans are priced per user per month, but are paid annually. Multi-year commitments and larger seat counts both unlock better per-seat pricing. We also offer specific pricing tiers for healthcare and life-sciences organizations that include access to commercial intelligence data sets. Contact our sales team for a bespoke quote if you have more than 50 reps.
What does two-way CRM sync mean?
Two-way sync means changes in Map My Customers automatically push to your CRM, and vice versa. This ensures your field reps always see the freshest data without manual imports or exports.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits?
Yes. We offer a 25% discount on any plan for registered non-profit organizations. Reach out to our sales team with your 501(c)(3) documentation to get started.
What is bespoke onboarding?
Enterprise customers receive a tailored onboarding program that includes data migration, custom CRM integration setup, territory configuration, and live training sessions for your team, all led by a dedicated success manager.
What compliance certifications do you hold?
Map My Customers is SOC 2 Type II certified, GDPR compliant, and supports HIPAA-covered customers with a Business Associate Agreement. Enterprise plans include additional security features like SSO/SAML, audit logging, and custom data retention policies.
