Map My Customers Email Service is the email feature of Map My Customers. It lets outside sales teams run their customer email from inside the CRM, so outreach, replies, and history live next to the accounts they belong to instead of in a separate inbox.
Compose and send individual emails to contacts directly from Map My Customers. Messages send from the rep's connected Gmail address, so replies come back to them normally.
Send a personalized email to a selected group of accounts or contacts at once, with an unsubscribe link included for compliance.
Sent and received messages are matched to the right account, contact, and deal and logged automatically, so every customer record shows the full email history.
Replies surface in the activity timeline, and optional open and click reporting shows which messages landed, all without leaving the CRM.
Read full email threads in context, then reply or forward from the same place you manage the account.
Queue messages to go out at a chosen date and time so follow-ups land when they are most likely to be read.
In Map My Customers, go to Settings, then Personal, then Email Preferences, and choose Connect Email.
Sign in to your Google account and review the access Map My Customers Email Service requests. You stay in control and can disconnect at any time.

When you connect your Google account, Map My Customers Email Service requests only the access needed to provide the features above. Each permission maps to a specific job in the product.

You stay in control of this access. You can review or revoke it at any time from your Google Account permissions or from Email Preferences in Map My Customers.
